The Charles de Gaulle

Black Angus top sirloin grilled to your liking with sautéed portobello mushrooms, shallots and a Dijon cream sauce. Served with rosemary fingerling potatoes and vegetable du jour. Add Shrimp – 8. Add Scallops – 10.

 

The Cara Mia

Tender grilled chicken breast over al dente penne pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, broccoli and fresh mozzarella in garlic pesto cream sauce.

 

The Coriander Burger

Your choice of tender grilled chicken or local Nop Brother and Sons Angus beef patty rubbed in our signature house seasoning with thick-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion and your choice of Cabot VT sharp cheddar cheese or Scholten Family Farms Weybridge cheese. Finished with truffle oil and served on a fresh brioche bun with crispy French fries.

 

The James Stewart

Norwegian grilled salmon with maple glaze and crushed pecans, served over white jasmine rice and vegetable du jour. 

 

The Boston Statler

Roasted Frenched breast of chicken rubbed with herbs de Provence. Served with rosemary fingerling potatoes, au jus and vegetable du jour.

 

The Tsunami Stir Fry

A Szechuan-inspired dish of bok choy, broccoli, carrots, onions, celery, peanuts and garlic in a spicy sauce served over white jasmine rice.
