A teamwork between chefs Dustin Simmons and David Laferriere-Hall, Coriander is a quintessential bistro with food that makes you feel good. Organic and locally-sourced produce whenever possible, our seasonal menu is a collaboration of incredible local farms, farmers, artisans and community members. We capitalize upon nourishing ingredients to create intelligent local fare. There's something for everyone. It's all good. We can't wait to feed you.

Polynesian Salmon

Roasted Atlantic salmon served on a bed of couscous with teriyaki glaze and pineapple Pico de Gallo.


The Salacia

Classic shrimp scampi with shallots, garlic, lemon and crushed red pepper, served over linguine and fresh herbed white wine butter sauce. Substitute Chicken or vegetables –fresh spinach and tomatoes. 


Coriander Burger

Your choice of tender grilled chicken or local Nop Brother and Sons Angus beef patty rubbed in our signature house seasoning with thick-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion and your choice of Cabot VT sharp cheddar cheese or Scholten Family Farms Weybridge cheese. Finished with truffle oil and served on a fresh brioche bun with crispy French fries.


Eisenhower Pork

Grilled Asian-spiced pork chops with flavors of Szechuan, maple, soy and sake. Served with crispy French fries and vegetable du jour. 


Boston Statler

Roasted Frenched breast of chicken rubbed with herbs de Provence, served with rustic garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour.
