The Eastport Sirloin

Black Angus top sirloin grilled to your liking with wild caught Maine lobster meat and savory remoulade served with rosemary fingerling potatoes and vegetable du jour.


The Vulcan

Wild caught Maine lobster, tomatoes, shallots, garlic and white wine in spicy arrabbiata sauce with al dente rigatoni pasta.


The Coriander Burger

Your choice of tender grilled chicken or local Nop Brother and Sons Angus beef patty rubbed in our signature house seasoning with thick-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion and your choice of Cabot VT sharp cheddar cheese or Scholten Family Farms Weybridge cheese. Finished with truffle oil and served on a fresh brioche bun with crispy French fries.


The Concordia Salmon

Oven roasted Norwegian salmon filet on a bed of al dente fettuccine with alfredo sauce of butter, heavy cream, garlic and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.


The Boston Statler

Roasted Frenched breast of chicken rubbed with herbs de Provence. Served with rosemary fingerling potatoes, au jus and vegetable du jour.


The Rainbow Orchid

Red bell peppers, zucchini, onions, pineapple, Serrano chile, cashews, garlic and coconut sesame sauce served over rice noodles (vegan/gluten free).
