A teamwork between chefs Dustin Simmons and David Laferriere-Hall, Coriander is a quintessential bistro with food that makes you feel good. Organic and locally-sourced produce whenever possible, our seasonal menu is a collaboration of incredible local farms, farmers, artisans and community members. We capitalize upon nourishing ingredients to create intelligent local fare. There's something for everyone. It's all good. We can't wait to feed you.

Santorini Salmon

Grilled Atlantic salmon with lemon dill beurre blanc and fresh scallions. Served on a bed of quinoa and vegetable du jour.



Sauteéd shrimp and blue crab with fresh shallots, roasted red peppers and al dente penne pasta, tossed in garlic cream sauce. Substitute Chicken or vegetables –spinach, tomatoes and portobello mushrooms.


Coriander Burger

Local Nop Brother & Sons Angus beef patty rubbed in our signature house seasoning, thick smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion and Family Farms Weybridge Cheese. Finished with truffle oil and served on a fresh brioche bun with hand cut salted chips.


Lincoln Pork

Bone-in pork chop, pan-seared with fresh rosemary in shallot white wine sauce. Served with rustic garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour.



Filet de Boeuf

Filet Mignon grilled to your liking, served with rustic garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour. Dressed with your choice of sauce.


Brandy, black peppercorn, Demi glacé, heavy cream


Bayley Hazen Bleu Cheese, walnuts, chocolate balsamic drizzle


Boston Statler

roasted Frenched breast of chicken rubbed with herbs de Provence, served with rustic garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour.
