Black Angus top sirloin grilled to your liking with sautéed portobello mushrooms, shallots and Dijon cream sauce. Served with fingerling potatoes and vegetable du jour.

 

The Cara Mia

Tender grilled chicken breast over al dente penne pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, broccoli and fresh mozzarella in garlic pesto cream sauce.

The Singing Swordfish

Grilled swordfish steak with ginger mandarin orange cranberry relish, served over white jasmine rice and vegetable du jour.

Norwegian grilled salmon with maple glaze and crushed pecans, served over white jasmine rice and vegetable du jour. 

The Coriander Burger

Your choice of tender grilled chicken or local Nop Brother and Sons Angus beef patty rubbed in our signature house seasoning with thick-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion and Cabot VT Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Served on a fresh brioche bun with crispy French fries.

 

The Tsunami Stir Fry

A Szechuan-inspired dish of bok choy, broccoli, carrots, onions, celery, peanuts and garlic in a spicy sauce served over white jasmine rice. Option to add Chicken  — 7    Shrimp  — 8   Salmon  — 9.
