Wild-caught Mahi Mahi with jumbo shrimp atop brown rice and beans. Topped with pico de gallo, finished with avocado poblano crema.

Roasted Chicken Marsala

Roasted chicken breast with sautéed portobello mushrooms in creamy Marsala wine sauce. 



Garlic-herb Roasted Salmon

Norwegian Salmon Fillet roasted with fresh garlic, chive and parsley butter.

Honey Teriyaki Grilled Sirloin Tips

Savory marinated honey and teriyaki beef tips with a hint of sesame, grilled to your liking.


Sesame Ginger Stir Fry

Rainbow peppers, zucchini, onions, pineapple, Serrano Chili peppers, cashews and garlic tossed with rice noodles in orange sesame ginger sauce. Option to add Chicken  — 7    Shrimp  — 8.
