Wild-caught Mahi Mahi with jumbo shrimp atop brown rice and beans. Topped with pico de gallo, finished with avocado poblano crema (GF).

Roasted Chicken Marsala

Roasted chicken breast with sautéed portobello mushrooms in creamy Marsala wine sauce. 



Grilled Norwegian Salmon

Grilled Norwegian salmon topped with mango corn salsa, served over white jasmine rice (GF).

Honey Teriyaki Grilled Sirloin Tips

Savory marinated honey and teriyaki beef tips with a hint of sesame, grilled to your liking.


Pad Thai Stir Fry

Rice noodles, bean sprouts, scallions, rainbow peppers, fresh cilantro and lime, peanuts and garlic tossed with housemade sauce of sweet Thai chili, tamarind, fish sauce and brown sugar (GF). Option to add Chicken, Shrimp or Salmon.
